The Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder provides us with insight into the unique strengths of our candidates and how they perform at their best.

We have adopted the Gallup Clifton Strengths tool to help identify strengths, We also work with DR Paige Williams who lectures at the Centre for Postive Psychology at Melbourne University. Paige translates her specialist knowledge into business strategies that guide our team.
