The charity that we unanimously chose to partner with is Smart Works – www.smartworks.org.uk – as well as their amazing work, they are uniquely aligned to our business in the recruitment sector.
Smart Works provides high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. They give women the confidence, the self-belief and the practical tools they require to succeed at interview and start a new chapter in their life.
The success and impact of Smart Works is driven by the skills of their volunteers so everyone at BarrettClark Executive Search has committed to give a full day of their time to Smart Works. During those days we will be able to apply some of our considerable experience to help them to provide essential interview advice so that their clients succeed. In addition, we have committed to a “challenge” in 2018 where we will be combining to raise £10,000 for Smart Works – please see our JustGiving page and your support for our 100km challenge would be much appreciated.
